By using estimatetemplates.com you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Estimate Templates (operated by SKYROI MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC, UAE).
Templates, not advice
Our estimate and quote templates, example prices and articles are general business documents provided "as is". They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. Example prices are illustrations only, not pricing guidance. You are responsible for the content and prices of your estimates, for licensing, deposit and contract rules in your state, for charging the correct sales tax, and for any agreement you make with your customer. An estimate is not a substitute for a full written contract where one is required.
Licence to use templates
You may download, edit and use the templates to quote your own customers, for personal or commercial purposes, as often as you like. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the templates themselves (for example on another template site) without written permission.
Free tool
The estimate maker is free. Files are generated in your browser; we don't store them. We may change or discontinue free features at any time. Free estimates include a small "Made with Estimate Templates" line.
Estimate Pro subscriptions
- Estimate Pro costs $7.99/mo or $59/yr (prices in USD; taxes may apply).
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You can change or cancel your subscription with "Manage subscription" on the Estimate Pro page.
- After checkout you receive a licence key. Keep it private: anyone with the key can use your Pro account. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly.
- Estimate Pro currently includes online accept and e-sign links, viewed / accepted / declined status, estimate to invoice conversion, a saved business profile and logo, saved customers and a price book, automatic numbering, estimate history with CSV export, and documents without the "Made with" line. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the current price.
- Accept links: Estimate Templates provides the tool only and is not a party to any estimate, quote or contract between you and your customer. You must have your customer's permission to enter their details, and you're responsible for confirming that an electronic acceptance meets the requirements for your job and state.
- Limits: up to 100 saved customers, 200 price-book items and the latest 100 saved estimates per licence (5 MB in total), and 5 AI logo generations per month. AI-generated logos are provided as-is; check them before use, including that they don't resemble other marks.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to create fraudulent or misleading estimates, quotes or invoices, to impersonate another business, or to break any law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors in documents you create. Always review an estimate before sending it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Microsoft, Excel and Word are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with either company.
